Omagh Wheelers Host Cyclocross

Omagh Wheelers held the first Ulster race of 2019 today in Ecclesville, Fintona. It was also the first time the Co Tyrone club promoted a cyclocross event as they celebrate 20 years in existence.
The 'A' race had a strong entry with David Montgomery (unattached) winning and showing his form one week before the national championships in Cork next Sunday.
One hundred and sixty riders took part in the various categories and the feed back was very positive on the course and venue so Omagh Wheelers should feel happy with their debut cyclocross.
