The Tour of Ards 2017
Conn McDunphy (Luncan Cycling Club) won todays Tour of the Ards with a late attack in the closing stages of the 87 miles race.
The race for the Tommy Brown memorial Trophy was sponsored by Wirefox this year and the Dublin lad McDunphy showed stregth and fine race craft to surge aead of a forty strong leading group of Irelands best at the finish in Newtownards.
Matteo Cigala (Aqua Blue Sport) was second with Lindsay Watson (Powerhouse Sport) third.
