Super Win for Andy In Ards

Andy McCullough continued his successful comback with an emphatic win in the Ards town centre criterium last night.
The Banbor man surged clear of the pacck half way through the thirty minutes plus five laps race. It was a good night for his new club Kinning cycles as he was chased home by Glen Kinning in second place
Jake Gray (East Tyrone) was third and North Downs Matty Blayney. Jake Gray is an Under 16 rider but was granted permission to ride the Senior race preparing for international level.
The Ards club promoted races for all categories including novices and under age which were well supported.
The supporting senior event for A4s was won by Ronnie Smyth (Dromara CC) (he may have been in the wrong race), from Phoenix CC's Mark Short and speedy veteran Colm McClarnon. Fourth place was an XMTB rider which someone will identify in the photos.
