Ryan Runs In Marathon Relay
My son Ryan took part in his first competitive event for 16 years today in the Belfast Marathon. He made up a relay team along with four friends.
He ran the 3.5 miles from Bridge End to Hillview Road in approximately 29 mins. A very respectable time for only training on a thread mill in the last eight weeks.
Ryan is the website man. If it wasn't for him I would not have a website to show all the cycling photos so to date this has to be my favourite report. Well done Ryan, it wont be long until you are back on the bike - I hope!
