Fraser Takes Championship Title

The Bangor man dominated the 80 miles race from the start and was the lone leader for several laps of the eight lap race. On the final circuit he was caught by strong junior David Montgomery (XMTB) but at the finish Duncan took the win. Montgomery won the junior gold medal. Gary Cranston (East Antrim) was third to finish, taking the senior silver with Mike Millar (Phoenix) next for senior bronze.
Conor Young (Ballymena Chain Reaction) did a strong ride to finish the distance well and win the junior silver medal with Ryan Reilly (Omagh) taking bronze.

The veterans race was won by Phoenix Cycling Clubs Brian Stewart. Big 'B' was well clear in the bunch sprint with Jason Henry (unattached) second and Darren Lynas (West Down) in third.

Amy Brice (DID Electric, Dunboyne) won the womans race from Janine Carson (North Down CC) and Judith Russell (Phoenix.

It was a great days racing thanks to Maurice McAllister and the Ballymoney Cycling Club.
