First Race of the Season

20 Feb 2013
First Race of the Season

The 2013 season opens with the traditional Travers Egineering Annaclone GP on Saturday 23rd February.

The main event is for categories 1, 2 & 3 (handicap race) with a support race for the A4 category. Both races cover five laps of the hilly circuit which is a good test of riders fitness. Let’s hope the weather isn’t too cold.

Sign on from 10am to 11:30am in the Hawthorn Inn. Both races will start at 12 noon. Soup and sandwiches are provided afterwards followed by prize presentation.

You can view a profile of the course at this address: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/253906
The sign-in location can be viewed on google maps at this link - the Hawthorn Inn is on the crossroads.
