2010 Commonwealth Games Party At Dromore
In October 2010 David McCann, Seamus Downey, Philip Lavery and Martyn Irvine won a bronze medal in the team pursuit in the Commonwealth games in Delhi. The Downey family orgainsied a celebration in the Dromore rugby club for family and friends of the cylists. A video of the pursuit was shown as well as good food and a bit of dancing.
One of the the team managers Cormac McCann (junior) was also present. May and Da McCann were also there joining in the celebration. Never mind the medal winners Da McCann was the star of the show with the girls queing up to dance with him!
